By downloading, installing, or using Ginkgo Backup, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License

Ginkgo Backup grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the plan you purchased. Lifetime licenses are valid for the lifetime of the product. Annual licenses must be renewed to continue receiving updates and Pro features.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ginkgo Backup only for lawful purposes and to back up data you have the right to copy and store. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the software without authorization.

Refunds

Due to the nature of software, all sales are generally final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact [email protected] for refund inquiries.

Disclaimer

Ginkgo Backup is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for maintaining proper backup practices and verifying your backups.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
