Protect your files in 3 steps

Download and install
Grab the installer from our website and run it. Windows 10 and 11 supported.

Add a backup source
Open Ginkgo Backup, click Add Source, and select the folders you want to protect — Documents, Photos, code projects, anything.

Run your first backup
Click Backup Now. The first run may take a few minutes for large folders. After that, only changes are processed — subsequent backups are lightning fast.
💡 After the first backup, Ginkgo follows your chosen schedule automatically. You never have to think about it again.
